Lisa is the General Counsel of CPC. She provides strategic legal counsel and oversees the legal functions of the company and its portfolio of operating companies. Lisa joins CPC from Ethos Veterinary Health, an industry-leading network of specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals in North America, where she served as the Head of Legal and managed a team of lawyers and compliance professionals to provide legal and compliance support across all functions of the business. She started her legal career in the finance department of Latham & Watkins, representing borrowers, lenders and sponsors in complex financing transactions. She later joined GeneralCounselWest, where she counseled Fortune 500 and emerging healthcare companies on a wide range of corporate, transactional and contractual matters.
Lisa earned her BA in political science from Columbia University and her JD from Pepperdine University.
A southern California native, Lisa recently made Kansas City home and enjoys spending time with her husband Pete, their four kids and dog.
